At Smart Consulting we invest in training and development according to our coworker’s needs and interests. We believe that their growth and evolution as professionals is crucial to our success as an IT Consultancy.
That’s why we created Smart Up, our annual training plan that has certified training courses like Team Leadership, Project Management and ITIL as well as English, French or technical courses.
Adding to that, we have Smart Sessions, to promote knowledge sharing among coworkers, which are given by our specialized consultants. These workshops are also a good way for everyone to get to know each other.
The first Smart Session that we had was about NGINX and LUA. We have had plenty of different subjects, such as OutSystems, Java 8, Big Data, ETL, Web & Graphic Design, Web Apps Development. We plan on having more, such as Presentation Techniques; UI/UX; .Net/C#; Tests.
